How often is the data refreshed on our platform?
All pricing and onchain data is currently refreshed once per day at midnight UTC. We’re working on upgrading our infrastructure to support three daily updates - before U.S. markets open, after they close, and again at midnight UTC - to better reflect intraday activity.
What happens if a data source goes offline or becomes inactive?
If a data source goes offline or becomes inactive, we will leave the data field blank rather than display potentially inaccurate information. In parallel, our team will reach out to the issuer or blockchain network to investigate and resolve the issue.
How do we handle delisted assets?
When a tokenized asset is delisted, we stop updating its data going forward, but preserve all historical data on our platform. We believe maintaining a full historical record is important for transparency and research.
How can users report data inaccuracies?
If you spot an error, please contact us via the Intercom chat on our website or email us at team@rwa.xyz. Include a brief description of the issue and a screenshot if possible. We’ll review and correct the data as quickly as we can!
